Los Angeles, CA - Lead singer of STP, Scott Weiland has been sentenced to 8 days in county jail for a DUI arrest back in November.
He is also required to complete an 18-month alcohol school program. The probation will be a 4-year period. It was considered a misdemeanor
and his second offense. He refused a breath, urine, or blood test, however failed the field test according to the police report. The kicker is that he has to pay $2k+ in fees after already paying $40k to post bail.
