The Nashville-based singer-songwriter-musician JEREMY CAMP—who crafts artful songwriting with heartfelt and inspiring lyrics—is celebrating his first Grammy nomination.



JEREMY is nominated for “Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album” for his fifth studio album SPEAKING LOUDER THAN BEFORE (BEC Recordings). This marks the first-ever Grammy nomination for BEC Recordings.

JEREMY has sold over 3.5 million albums and three out of his five studio albums have been gold-certified. SPEAKING LOUDER THAN BEFORE debuted at #38 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart and at #1 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums Chart. In December ’09, Billboard magazine hailed him as the “#3 Christian Artist of the Decade.” JEREMY has had 17 #1 radio hits nationwide impacting all formats (CHR, AC, INSPO and ROCK). Five of his songs are in the Top 50 Christian songs of the decade.

JEREMY has garnered nominations and multiple awards for his songwriting including two American Music Award nominations (’07, ’08). He is a three-time winner of the ASCAP Music Award for “Songwriter of the Year (’05,’06,’08) and won ASCAP’s “Song of the Year” award (’06), in addition to winning five Dove Awards.

Having just wrapped a trek overseas of Ireland, Scotland, Germany and The Netherlands, JEREMY will launch a 36-city nationwide U.S. tour that will keep him on the road through May 2010.
